Dinner Club delivers mostly prepared meals featuring local and regional ingredients to customers from Keene to Saranac Lake, Wilmington to Lake Placid. We will set you up with (3) delicious meals to enjoy every subscription week and you can choose to receive meal kits:
Meals will be "mostly prepared"—meaning sometimes you cook the protein and heat your sides & other times you'll simply pop a casserole in the oven and toss a salad. We shoot for less than 30 minutes of hands-on time; let us do most of the work for you! There are two options for the Dinner Club Meal Kits:
Meals will include meat, fish & vegetarian dishes, using local and sustainably-sourced products from our friends at Mace Chasm Farm, Kreature Butcher Shop, Hudson Valley Seafood, Asgaard Farm & Dairy, Juniper Hill Farm, and Fledging Crow Vegetables. With Good-To-Go you don't have to go online every week to select your meals—we'll do the work and surprise you each week. We deliver Good-To Go subscriptions on Sunday afternoons to Keene, Wilmington, Saranac Lake & Lake Placid. If you live outside of those towns, you are still able to subscribe and pick up at The Good Bite Kitchen on Sundays between 12:00 - 4:00 pm. If for any reason you need to pause your subscription or skip a week please log-in to the member portal and update accordingly.
Weekly cut-off time for new subscribers and/or editing your current subscription is midnight on Wednesdays for delivery on the following Sunday. If you do not order by the cut-off time, you will automatically start or the changes will be applied, the following week. Pantry items you should have on hand:
Your meal kits will arrive in glass and stainless steel reusable containers with lids. Please put everything in the refrigerator right away and set aside the cooler bag. Any instructions will come on a separate sheet inside the bag; please hang on your fridge. Please wash the containers after enjoying each meal and return them to the cooler bag. The next Sunday morning of your subscription week, place the bag with all of the clean dishes in your delivery location so that we may pick up them up when we deliver the next box. We will not require a deposit for the containers, but you will be charged if they are not returned. |
